Where are you located and how long has Tennessee Valley Publishing been in business?
Our offices are located at 5227-E N. Middlebrook Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921 and we began producing books in 1990.

Do you provide references that demonstrate Tennessee Valley Publishing is a reputable company?
Since 1990 we have produced more than 700 book titles for more than 700 clients. It may be difficult to believe, but all, yes all, of these clients have been satisfied customers. We have been a member in good standing of our local Chamber of Commerce since 1991 and have helped produce several of the Chamber’s directories.

We have a file cabinet full of testimonials praising the quality of our service and products. A sampling of these are included in our client comment section. These references received throughout the years from clients all across America show that we have consistently provided quality service and products.

We consider our client’s privacy a very important aspect of doing business and do not practice imposing on or passing out our clients’ names and addresses for reference purposes. However, some clients have unilaterally suggested that we use them as needed for reference. So, if specific references are important for a potential client, we can and will provide references.

Do you provide ancestry research services?
No. While members of Tennessee Valley Publishing have researched their own family roots, we do not conduct ancestry research. Our role is converting historian’s research into published book form. If you need assistance with your research, there are professional genealogists located in every state. Their fees vary with the services provided, but you can expect to pay $25 to $50 per hour for their services.
